Walk up to our cart and the first thing you'll notice is the smell, warm and buttery, drifting through the crowd before you even see the kettle. That's our small batch turning right there in front of you, popping fresh with every stop we make. We're a family running this cart, and we work each event at our own unhurried pace, chatting with neighbors while the next batch gets ready.
If it's your first time stopping by, expect a short wait while a fresh batch finishes popping and a friendly hello from whoever's working the kettle that day. Your bag comes out warm and just-made, not sitting around in a bin waiting for someone to notice it. That's the whole point of doing it this way.
